This bill is a replacement for HR1222/1223 that did not go forward few years ago. Contact your congressional rep and urge their co-sponsorship! UPDATE 2/2/10: The AFSA CEO just signed out 103 letters to Congressional leaders who previously co-sponsored this bill urging their support again.
