Exhibiting at THE SUMMIT Info/EXPO is an exclusive opportunity to share and promote your corporate information and educational opportunities and to meet your recruiting service needs. With over 3,000 event guests anticipated, our Info/EXPO provides you with flexible exhibit times, a lot of "face time" opportunities, encouragement to participate in professional and personal development opportunities, and creative ways to sponsor to get the brightest spotlight on you, your company and the services you provide.
EXHIBITORS TIMES AND INFORMATION
The Info/EXPO exhibit hall set-up day is Friday, August 7, 2026 with the Grand Opening at 4:00 pm before the "Boots on the Ground" Theme Party.
It is open every day thereafter from 7:30 am to 6/6:30 pm as we get many visitors during the regular published hours plus they visit us during their lunch and coffee breaks.
As this is a live military-based event, schedules often change, and we provide you with a unique opportunity to meet attendees as they visit the Expo.
With these schedules, YOU are NOT expected to work the booths all day without taking breaks for lunch, dinner, etc. Please take breaks when YOU want to -- and for how LONG you wish!
We are very relaxed and informal, and we want YOU to have a great experience as well.
Exhibitors are also invited to attend the PEDS: Professional Educational and Development speaker events.
We just ask that you allow paid guests to enter first (leave your booths just before the start), take turns with other exhibitors on your team,
or leave materials out for guests to take if you are the only exhibitor for your company.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive a great return on your investment, that you have the opportunity to mingle and meet a lot of new customers/friends, reacquaint with other exhibitors; and that you have the opportunity to enhance your own personal and professional development.
