- Set-Up/Soft Open: Friday, August 7, 2026, beginning at noon with a Soft Opening from your set-up to 4:00 pm before the AFSA Parade of Checks Reception.
- Opening Day & Grand Opening Event: Saturday, August 8, beginning at 8:00 am, with the formal Grand Opening at 4:00 pm before the "Boots on the Ground" Theme Party. Dress for fun!
- Take-down: Wednesday, August 12, at 2:00 pm.
- Schedule: The Info/EXPO is available and open every day after soft open from 7:30 am to 6/6:30 pm, as we get many visitors during the regular published hours, plus they visit us during their lunch and coffee breaks. As this is a live military-based event, schedules often change, and we provide you with a unique opportunity to meet attendees as they visit the Expo.
- Breaks/Meals: With these schedules, YOU are NOT expected to work in the booths all day without taking personal breaks for meals, needs, etc. Please break when YOU want to, and for as long as you need! We are very relaxed and informal, and we want YOU to have a great experience, too.
- Exclusive Exhibitor Opportunity: Exhibitors are also invited to attend the PEDS: Professional Educational and Development speaker events. We just ask that you allow paid guests to enter first (leave your booths just before the start), take turns with other exhibitors on your team, or leave materials out for guests to take if you are the only exhibitor for your company.
