2025 MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN YEAR
The CY 2025 Membership Campaign runs from January 1, 2025, through Thursday,
December 18, 2025 @ 2400 EST.  

All applications sent via USPS must be received NLT 1200 (Noon) EST on Thursday, December 18, 2025. All renewals processed via the online retainer form, must be received NLT 2400 EST, 
Friday, December 19, 2025

NOTE: All online applications (New Recruits and Retentions) and all renewals sent in via the retainer form received on/after 0001 on Friday, December 20, 2025, will be counted towards the 2025 Membership Campaign Year. 
 
UPDATE MEMBER INFORMATION
We are in the process of updating our records and we need your help! Please encourage the members in your chapters to take a moment to ensure that we have their most current mailing and emailing address (no .mils), date of birth, and membership listing information. It's easy -- just forward them the link below or have them call HQ Member & Field Relations Team at 800-638-0594 x 288.

END OF YEAR REPORTS
NOTE:  Division/Chapter leadership will need to pull end of year reports between December 22 @ 1200 (Noon) EST until December 29 @ 2400 EST. HQ will resume full operations (Website, Web & Back Office processing) on January 2, 2026.
 
AFSA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (Managed By AMF) 
Applications for the upcoming academic year are available between January 1 and March 31.  Completed application packages with all required documents can be sent to AFSA HQ NLT March 31.  After March 31, applications are ineligible for consideration. FAMILY-FOCUSED SCHOLARSHIP
CSEG is proud to support the AFSA Gives Back Program through the Family Focused Scholarship. The Family Focused Scholarship is open to all AFSA members in the family member category. The scholarship application will open on January 1, 2025. All applications/scholarship essays must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on May 24, 2025. The selection process will end on
 June 25, 2025.
