2026 MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN YEAR
The CY 2026 Membership Campaign runs from January 1, 2026, through Friday, December 18, 2026 @ 2400 EST.

All applications sent via USPS must be received NLT 1200 (Noon) EST on Thursday, December 17, 2026. All renewals processed via the online retainer form, must be received NLT 2400 EST, Friday, December 18, 2026.

NOTE: All online applications (New Recruits and Retentions) and all renewals sent in via the retainer form received on/after 0001 on Friday, December 18, 2026, will be counted towards the 2027 Membership Campaign Year.

We are in the process of updating our records and we need your help! Please encourage the members in your chapters to take a moment to ensure that we have their most current mailing and emailing address (no .mils), date of birth, and membership listing information. END OF YEAR REPORTS
NOTE: Division/Chapter leadership will need to pull end of year reports between December 22 @ 1200 (Noon) EST until December 29 @ 2400 EST. HQ will resume full operations (Website, Web & Back Office processing) on January 4, 2027.

AFSA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: (Managed By AMF)
Applications for the upcoming academic year are available between January 1 and March 31. Completed application packages with all required documents can be sent to AFSA HQ NLT March 31. The 2026 AFSA Summit will convene at the Hilton Orlando, Orlando, Florida AFSA International Convention:  Friday, August 7th – Sunday, August 9thPEDS:  Monday, August 10th – Thursday, August 13th

THE SUMMIT is the overarching event that brings together several key gatherings, starting with the AFSA International Convention. Attendance at the AFSA-IC is a pivotal event for the AFSA’s general membership, where vital organizational business takes place. International Committees, Division and Chapter Leadership, Delegates, and Members come together to share their votes at the annual elections, exchange valuable insights, discuss and approve AFSA’s legislative platform, celebrate the past year’s success, and set strategic goals and objectives for the future of the Association.
