AFSA Set-It-& Forget-It Auto Pay Campaign Materials for Division/Chapter Training  

Greetings AFSA Division and Chapter Leadership,
We are pleased to share the AFSA Set-It-Forever/Auto Pay procedures and marketing materials to help share the process with our members, your membership and potential new recruits. The Set-It-Forever/Auto Pay program creates an opportunity to JOIN AFSA or RENEW a membership by making a $36 once-a-year/every-year auto payment, or a $4-each-month/every- month auto payment. The $36 once-a-year option is set at $36, and the $4-a-month option includes a bank processing fee of $1 each month.

There are 4 ways that you can enroll, recruit and retain membership in the Set-It-Forever Auto Pay program...

1 | JOIN NOW WEBSITE BUTTON - Complete Member Registration Process

• Select/click the JOIN NOW Button/Tab on the www.hqafsa.org website
• View the Membership Categories: Uniformed, Family, Associate
• Select your Membership TERM under the appropriate category: 1-Year, 2-Year, 3-Year (Note, the Set-It-Forever option is available for the 1-year term only)
• Create Member Profile: user name is your email address, please ensure it's valid (no .mil's), scroll to complete the form - click FINISH
• Review DUES selected - click NEXT
• Confirm or change Chapter selection (closest to your zip code/or your choice) - click NEXT
• OPTION: the AFSA Magazine - published quarterly is available electronically. However, you can subscribe to receive a printed copy sent direct to your home ($20 annually) - select or bypass - click NEXT
• TOTAL: Review the total amount due - go back to alter/select - ADD TO CART
• CART REVIEW: select CONTINUE SHOPPING to view the AFSA Chevrons store, or select PAY NOW
• DONATE: review the AFSA Charities to make a donation, or select PAY NOW
• PAYMENT OPTIONS: complete the credit/debit card payment information
• ADD A PAYMENT PLAN: if desired, Add A PAYMENT PLAN - review and ACCEPT
• PAYMENT: select the payment plan - MONTHLY AT $4 x 12 months (or $5.67 w/AFSA magazine subscription), or ANNUAL $36 once a year/each year (or $56 w/AFSA magazine subscription)
• VIEW ORDER: change/edit your plan, or CHARGE CREDIT CARD to complete enrollment
• REVIEW COMPLETED ORDER: your new membership enrollment is complete. Close or select STORE HOME to continue Chevrons Shopping

• Visit www.hqafsa.org, select the SET-IT-FOREVER button to  open the auto-pay webform
• Or, visit: https://members.hqafsa.org/Members_AFSA/Membership/2020/Set-it-4Ever.aspx
• Fill in the blanks: select membership type: Uniformed, Family or Associate
• Under the "Member Term" tab, select ANNUAL $36 or MONTHLY $4 OPTION
• Make a payment, and hit SUBMIT. That's it you are enrolled.

Please note: The easy webform is NOT an automated process. Completed webforms are sent to AFSAHQ for manual processing.
