AFSA AIR FORCE JROTC and CAP

AFSA International is honored to have the opportunity to help recognize deserving cadets who demonstrate outstanding qualities in military leadership, discipline, character and citizenship.

The award consists of a Medal and Ribbon, a personalized Certificate and Awards Binder to recognize Cadets of the Air Force Junior ROTC and the Civil Air Patrol programs at high schools throughout the United States and overseas. There is no cost to the participant or school.

AFSA JROTC Award: This award recognizes an outstanding second- or third-year cadet in a three-year program and/or third- or fourth-year cadet in a 4-year program who is in the top 10% of the AFJROTC class, and demonstrates outstanding qualities in military leadership, discipline, character, and citizenship.

AFSA CAP Award:  In order to allow commanders the widest possible latitude in the selection of cadets, no specific criteria is established.  The unit commander will forward their selection to us via CAP Form 120, Dec 08 that will list their name, grade, unit and justification which is usually a description of the act, achievement or service, or they can send a few lines explaining why they feel that cadet should be awarded.
